How can I return the purchased product?

Please note that you have the option to return the product (s) within 14 days of purchase. We are unable to accept a package that we have to pay for.

Return steps:

  1. Please download and print the return form for the administration, then attach it to the package.

Return of goods form

  1. You can return the product (s) by any courier service or by post to the following address: Csépe Richárd e.v., Hungary, 3060 Pásztó, Csohány Kálmán út 14.
  2. Always leave the label on the products. Be sure to send the package to us tightly sealed.
  3. Returned clothes are inspected. If everything is in order, the value of the products will be returned to the specified bank account number.

IMPORTANT that it is no longer possible to exchange packages or credit them to the balance! If you want another product instead of the product (s) you received, you will need to place a new order for it.

Complaint handling                                                                                                                                               

You can report any kind of complaint directly to us by email at címen. Please include the following information in your letter:

  • Customer name
  • Invoice number
  • Date of purchase
  • Name of Product
  • Detailed description of the complaint
  • Email address through which we can contact you

We have 30 days to deal with your complaint, but of course we will do our best to resolve it sooner.


The products sold in our online store are delivered by the Packeta courier service. For our products, we try to provide a delivery time of 3-10 working days.
